Hoodman has a new Nikon D3 LCD Hood Cap which snaps into place thanks to the existing mounting points in your Nikon D3 DSLR camera. This optically clear peripheral is equipped with a scratch resistant coating and will retail for approximately $28 when you purchase it from Kenko, Japan. Needless to say, it will probably cost a wee bit more if imported.
