Delta Air Lines To Offer Wi-Fi Service

Delta Air Lines To Offer Wi-Fi Service

Delta Air Lines is said to offer its wireless broadband Internet service on domestic flights from next month onwards if all goes well, making it the first U.S. airline to commit its entire fleet to such technology. This is good as travelers get to get some work done along the way, but then again there isn't much room in economy class to type comfortably. I suppose this is where owning a netbook come in handy, as space is a premium for most folks while flying. The service won't be free (but of course), as it retails for $9.95 on flights of three hours or less and $12.95 on flights of more than three hours.
