All you seven Zune owners out there, rejoice! Zune 3.1 is out, and it ain't half bad judging by first impressions. What most people will notice most would be the total number of games which has been increased to five from two, and the new titles are Checkers, Sudoku and Space Battle - while Texas Hold 'Em receives a multi-player enhancement. As with any other software update, you can surely expect more changes compared to just new games, and Zune 3.1 is no different. Microsoft has thrown in Zune Social enhancements that comprise of a visual refresh to make navigation easier, the new "Like Minded Listeners" feature that lets you see just how common or eclectic your musical tastes are compared to friends and other listeners, improved stability and performance in device firmware and desktop software, as well as doing away with the ocassional lag.
